What are the body classes good for?
Our bodies and beings are not the same. Most of us consider ourselves equal with our bodies but we are not just our bodies.
Bodies have their own consciousness. Bodies are sensational, conscious organisms. As babies no doubt we were able to co-operate with our bodies. Back in our childhood we were taught not to communicate with our bodies. By the time of about 4-6 years of age most of us totally shut down the communication with our bodies. By the use of these body processes, you can improve the communication with your body. You will be able to understand its signals and feel better in your body! There are a lot of things we lock in our bodies throughout our lives: pain, suffering,blocks, traumas, stress and diseases.
The body processes can restore the body malfunctions and unlock the blocks so that you can feel better. The same way as the body can it is also able to get back to its original state and function properly. The body processes help the bodies to heal themselves, to unlock the blocks and to dissipate traumas.
What do you get in the 3 Day Body Class?
On the course of three days, you will get to know the tools of Access Consciousness and learn how to run nearly 60 kinds of body processes amongst them one of the favourite body processes of Access that is Facelift!
On the day of the class, we select a partner for you to work on, with whom you will be the greatest contributions to each other and able to unlock the most from each other’s bodies. You will receive and gift beautiful energies and processes over the three days to unlock the judgements in your body.
You can ask your questions and receive facilitation for your issues.
At the end of the class, you will receive a certificate and become an officially registered Access Consciousness body process practitioner.
During the class:
You will gift and receive body processes for three days and it is also possible to ask your questions!
Prerequisites:
Access Consciousness Foundation class. At the end of the 3 Day Body Class, you will receive a certificate and become an officially registered Access Consciousness body process practitioner. After the class you can use the processes on yourself or you can run them on others.

My name is Szilvia Rénes. I am an Access Consciousness certified facilitator, an Access Consciousness 3 Day Body process facilitator, an Access Bars practicioner, an Access Bars Facilitator, an Access CFMW, a Facelift facilitator, an SOP practitioner. It is important for me to
